The purpose of this conference is to discuss the necessary qualities of art institutions and their staff, as well as the physical and budgetary needs in terms of space, time, tools, learning environments, and sponsoring so that artists can properly develop and produce their projects, as large audiences are attracted by institutions’ initiatives.
What ecology do we need to design and evolve to master a long-standing relationship with local, and global communities?
